Prontori™ is the sales-as-a-service division of Nieto Engineering Inc. ("NEI," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to prontori.com and the Prontori client console.

• Information you provide: name, company, email, phone, and details about your business submitted through our inquiry form or during onboarding.
• Client campaign data: prospect lists, pipeline activity, and deal information generated while we run sales campaigns on your behalf.
• Account data: console login credentials and usage activity.
• Automatically collected: standard web/log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

How we use it

• To evaluate fit, respond to inquiries, and provide the Prontori service.
• To operate sales campaigns, report results, and invoice the agreed revenue share.
• To secure, maintain, and improve our platform.
• To communicate with you about your account and service.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, email, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Data security & retention

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
