These Terms govern your use of Prontori™, the sales-as-a-service platform operated by Nieto Engineering Inc. ("NEI," "we," "us"). By submitting an inquiry, signing a service agreement, or using the Prontori console, you agree to these Terms.
Prontori provides outbound sales services — prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing — performed on your behalf, along with reporting through a client console. The specific scope, tier, and commercial terms of your engagement are set out in the service agreement you sign with us.
Engagements run on the pilot period stated in your agreement (e.g., 90 or 180 days). If we are not delivering, you may end the engagement per the terms of that agreement; no hidden cancellation fees apply beyond what is expressly stated.
Each party protects the other's confidential information. The Prontori platform, methods, scripts, and the underlying AI technology remain the property of Nieto Engineering Inc. Your business data remains yours.
We do not guarantee specific sales results; outcomes depend on market conditions, your offer, and your ability to deliver and collect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEI's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding a claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
